What counts as a content change?
Everyday updates — changing text, swapping images, updating prices or opening hours, adding a new team member — are all included. Larger structural changes (adding a new page, redesigning a section) are scoped separately.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes — there's a 12-month minimum commitment. After that, it moves to a rolling monthly arrangement and you can cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. We'd rather you stay because it's working for you.
What if I already have a domain?
No problem — I'll connect your existing domain to your new site. If you need a domain, I can help you register one. Domain registration cost is separate from the monthly plan.
Do you work with businesses outside Scotland?
Yes. I'm remote-first and work with businesses across the UK. Location doesn't matter — everything is handled online.
How long does it take to get my site live?
Typically two to four weeks from sign-up to launch, depending on how quickly content and feedback comes through. I'll give you a clear timeline at the start.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Your site stays live until the end of your final billing month. I'll give you everything you need to move your site elsewhere if you want to — I don't hold anything hostage. Worth noting: depending on how your site is built, there may be a learning curve to managing it independently. I'll be upfront about that before you make any decisions.
